People often come to therapy believing they need to be stronger, less emotional, or have everything under control before they can move forward.

I see it differently.

I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, my hope is that you experience our work together as a true partnership. I'll meet you with compassion, curiosity, and honesty while helping you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the experiences that have shaped you.

There will be moments of deep reflection, moments of challenge, and hopefully many moments of relief as things begin to make more sense.

Nothing brings me more fulfillment than watching someone begin to believe in themselves again and build a life that feels meaningful, not because everything is perfect, but because they are living more authentically.

Outside of the therapy room, I value spending time with my family, staying active, and continuing to learn and grow, both personally and professionally. Those experiences remind me of the importance of balance, connection, and making space for the things that bring meaning to our lives.

My hope is that our work together helps you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create a life that feels more meaningful.
